Returns & Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Custom or Personalized Orders: Because these decals are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or cancellations. Please double-check your proof carefully for spelling, punctuation, and design details. If there is an error on our part, we will gladly correct it at no extra cost.

Digital Downloads: Instant digital files are non-refundable.

Sale or Clearance Items: Items purchased on sale or during clearance events are final sale.
Return & Refund Process

If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact us first to receive detailed instructions and the return address.

Returned items must be in new, unused condition, and include all original packaging materials.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus shipping fees (shipping fees are non-refundable).
